I was employed as a maintenance person at a factory. I was told to sort out a leak in some guttering. They gave me a ladder which did not have rubber feet and they said that I had to do the job on my own. I put up the ladder and as I was coming down, the ladder became unstable and I fell to the floor. As a result I broke my leg. I was off work for 2 months.
