Head of Personal Injury Team - Richard Norman.
Richard qualified in 1987 and is a Partner in our Personal Injury department. Richard deals with complex personal injury cases with a particular emphasis on employers liability. His other specialisms include asbestos and industrial disease related claims. He also has specific responsibility for our Road Traffic Accident Team.

Head of Serious Injuries Team - Mark Church
Mark is a Partner and Head of the Serious Injuries Team. He qualified as a solicitor in 1993. He is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is also a panel member of the Spinal Injuries Association and the Headway Panel. Mark works with Headway and the Spinal Injuries Association to support and raise funds for head injury and spinal cord victims.

Head of Medical Negligence Team - Yvonne Agnew
Yvonne qualified in 1986 and is the Partner in charge of the Clinical Negligence department. Yvonne specialises in all aspects of Clinical Negligence law, including surgical mistakes, missed or delayed diagnosis, poor nursing care, substandard general practice, problems relating to childbirth and dental negligence. Yvonne has extensive trial experience in both county and high court and a high level of knowledge of the operation of health service providers.
